Sixty days, no interrogation
Half-used is fine. Wrong scent is fine. Didn’t work is very much fine — we want to know why. Refunds land within five business days of your email.

Canada, yes — flat $12, 5–7 days, duties included. Everywhere else we’re still working on liquid freight rules; join the list on the contact page and we’ll email when your country opens.

Within two hours of ordering, yes — reply to your confirmation email. After that it’s already on a pallet, but a return is easy.
One tap in the email we send five days before each shipment, or from your account. Skip, delay by a week, or change quantities. No phone call, ever.
Bottles and caps are HDPE #2, kerbside recyclable nearly everywhere. Pouches are not — that’s why every box has a prepaid envelope to send them back to us.
